Well, it has been quite a while since I updated this site. I hate to think it is laziness, but more of a combination of too much going on in my life these days. I won't bore you with the details, as this is not necessary. But trust me when I say that I have been quite busy.

Ok, on to my favorite topic!! My Sweet Belle! Belle turned two years old on April 10th! Can you believe it?? She has really settled down into a good dog. I miss those puppy days because she was so little and so cute. But now at 75 pounds, she is a lovable lap dog. She still likes to jump on people when she greets them. We are trying to break her of this habit, but she is slow to get it! She just likes people too much. She is a very outgoing and friendly dog!!

By now most of you know exactly  what kind of dog a goldendoodle is, but for those who don't....

The Goldendoodle is a cross between a Golden Retriever and the Poodle. They are hybrid dogs that normally take on the best traits of the two unrelated purebreds. The Goldendoodle will acquire a coat that looks retriever-like, or poodle-like, but typically somewhat in-between. These hybrid crosses are friendly, intelligent and make terrific family dogs. The Goldendoodle was bred to produce a very low shedding assistant dog for challenged individuals who need such a dog, but who suffer from allergies to shedding hair or have other problems with excessive shedding. A Goldendoodle is a loving, loyal dog and has a keen sense of smell. They can be taught to enjoy swimming, as both the retriever and Poodle parts of their ancestry normally enjoy water. Goldendoodles are easily trained, highly social, and by nature are easy with strangers and other dogs. They love to play, and retain the strong retrieving instincts of the Golden Retriever, and love fetching sticks, balls and Frisbees.

There are some causes that I personally think are worthwhile. I proudly support the following:
